Meet Our Founders

With a background in helping companies scale from a small, family-owned businesses to multi-million-dollar enterprises going to PE acquisition, Robbie has the ability to functionalize operations while maintaining strategic relationships – earning him a place on Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list in 2021. Now, starting his 3rd year on the board of another non-profit in the Tampa Bay Area, his passion is now focused in serving his community. 

 As a speech-language pathologist and small business owner, Jaimie Gant specializes in treating neurological impairments affecting communication, cognition, and swallowing. She earned two bachelor's degrees in criminology and communication Sciences & Disorders, and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Florida. She is also a new mother learning how to raise a child in today’s economic and social climate. 

 Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012, Maggie is a local attorney that currently works as the International Compliance Officer for Moffitt Cancer Center. Prior to law school, Maggie received a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Florida. Prior to joining Moffitt, Maggie worked as the Export Control Officer for the University of South Florida. Maggie is a mother of two young children and understands the difficult financial decisions that parents face. As a Tampa Bay Area native, Maggie is passionate about helping her community. 

Christina is a seasoned marketing leader with over 20 years of experience and a love for the blending of creative strategies and analytical insights. With broad experience across industries, Christina is focused on impactful results for every business she works with. With a dedication to community involvement, Christina has served on the board of the Irving Symphony and supports other non-profit initiatives, including Kids In Diapers.
